DGB has collaborated with Partners to provide consumers with a unique GroupBuy scheme; Every purchase from a consumer, they will be eligible for some discounts based on the discount tier shown in the product profile.
The more purchases made on the same items, the higher percentage discounts will be given to consumers based on the discount tier shown in the product profile just like building your own discounts.
Every product discount percentage (in tier) may vary as shown in the individual product information.
Every discounted deal will commence on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month regardless of the date of the month or the number of products or services being sold in the month itself.
Every purchase made from a consumer, consumer will be eligible for some certain percentage of discounts, the more purchases on the same items via different consumers, the more percentage discounts will be accumulated and given to all consumers in an equal discounted percentage.
For Example : Consumer A bought item X, he/she will be eligible for 1% of discount. Consumer B bought the same item X, both of Consumers A & B will be eligible for 2% each. Consumer C bought the same item X, Consumers A, B & C will be eligible for 3% each. It will be capped at a maximum discounted rate for every product. The percentage discount (in tier) for every consumer purchase, product and service may vary as shown in the product profile.
Every product will display its available stocks left in the product profile and will automatically reduce if there is any purchase. If the item is sold out, it will reflect immediately on the product profile.
Any consumer could start any deal by purchasing the product or service and enjoy an immediate discount percentage as stated in the product / service profile in the platform. Consumers will enjoy a greater discount with every purchase by any other Consumer and a maximum discount will be fixed in every product/service stated in the profile.
Consumers could purchase multiple numbers on the same item and enjoy the higher discounted percentage based on the discounted tier stated in the product profile.
Every product will have a bonus feature. When the group-buy achieves a certain number that stated in the profile, it will release an additional discount for every consumer. Please take note that bonus features will be reset on the last day of the month.
DGB Point is a rebating feature to consumers to ensure consumers enjoy the maximum discount percentage (tier) that is achieved at every end of the month.
Having DGB points rebate in the group-buy scheme, consumers will not need to wait for the group-buy to end at the end of the month before the product could be collected or delivered.
When the deal is finalized and closed at every month end, the system will be able to auto-generate and calculate the difference of every consumer who paid for their product versus the total discounted rebate the consumer should receive based on the total buyers from the product profile. The rebated DGB point will be reflected in the consumer account in the following month.
Example : Consumer A bought 1 x item X which has 2% discount and item X original cost is $100. Consumer A will pay $98 for the purchase. Consumer B, C, D also bought item X and had unlocked the bonus feature which has a 20% discount in total. Whichever consumers who bought item X who paid earlier without enjoying 20% will be rebated the differences. For this instance, Consumer A will receive a rebate of 18% which is equivalent to $18.
DGB Points could be used to offset the total cost for the next purchase in DGB with no minimum spend required.
Reimbursed DGB Points are not exchangeable, tradable or redeemable for cash.
All reimbursed DGB Points will have one (1) year validity from the time it is credited. Newly earned DGB Points will not extend the validity of the previous earned DGB Points. Whenever consumers choose to use their earned DGB Points, they will be using the earliest DGB Points they earned.
Closing DGB Account, any DGB Points left in the e-wallet unused will be all void. DGB Points in the wallet are not exchangeable or transferrable.
Every purchase for any product or service will have to be made in full payment.
Payment could be made via credit cards, debit card or PayNow.
Upon successful payment, consumers will receive an invoice through the Email registered in DGB. The Email will represent a confirmed purchase with a Confirmation Number.
DGB does not accept cash payment.
Self-collection : Consumers may choose to select the self-collection option. This will allow consumers to collect the product from the address provided in the invoice. Please kindly take note on the opening day, hours and remarks in the self-collection option.
Delivery : Consumers may choose to select the delivery option which is chargeable unless it is stated otherwise in the product profile.
Delivery logistics can be from the Partner itself or third-party logistics providers.
Delivery charges will be based on the size and weight of the product.
All confirmed delivery details will be updated from the pickup by courier, to being out for delivery and have been delivered. Tracking Number will be automatically shared once available.
No. Once the consumer confirms the collection option, the option will not be changeable.
No cancellation, refund or return will be allowed for group-buy(s) after payment is completed due to its groupbuy scheme unless i) Partner ran out of product, ii) Partner shutting down their business.
DGB will not provide any warranty for any product sold nor liable in any form for defect, damage, inaccuracy and incompleteness of product or service.
Product warranties, defects or damaged goods will be bonded to the Partner original warranty clause or company policies if any.
There will be no sign up fee to be a DGB Member.
DGB Members will be able to participate in any group-buy deals provided on DGB platform which includes “Clearance Sales”. However, only DGB Premium Members will be able to participate in “Ultimate Deal”.
For normal group-buy deals, there is no limit in quantity that members could purchase unless the quantity is limited by the stock availability.
For “Clearance Sales” items, there may be a limit to the purchase quantity a Premium Member could purchase from the clearance sales deal.
There will be a premium sign up fee for DGB Members to become DGB Premium Members.
DGB Premium Members will have all the access of what a DGB Member had as per above.
DGB Premium Members could access to “Ultimate Deal” which has limited stocks or amazing discounts where an ordinary DGB Member will not have access to.
For “Ultimate Deal”, there will be a limitation to how much quantity a Premium Member could purchase from every individual “Ultimate Deal”.
